The Human Motor Behavior laboratory is a research facility located in the Department of Kinesiology on the beautiful University of Wisconsin–Madison campus. The study of motor behavior broadly encompasses the psychological and physiological processes that affect motor performance. Under the direction of Dr. Andrea Mason, the Human Motor Behavior lab at the University of Wisconsin–Madison is an active research environment in which faculty and students collaborate on projects aimed at gaining a better understanding of the planning and performance of simple and complex manual activities in both natural and virtual environments.
